This allows Licensed RMLOs to offer live interest rates, verify user information and allow end users (using aria.mortgage app) to self-generate their pre-approval letters.  There was a big need for RMLOs doing all this on-the-go and this helps solves this problem. 

This app will allow RMLOs to run all kinds of what-if scenarios. The RMLOs can access all the information input by aria.mortgage app users so that they can review their work and make any corrections. Also, RMLOs are able to confirm and verify information, which will lead to aria.mortgage users generating their fee worksheets, amortization tables, pre-qualification letters and/or pre-approval letters. aria.mortgage users can also share their credit-related information, income information, liabilities, and other related information required to calculate the monthly payment, cash to close, and effective interest rates.

Basically aria.associates app is for licensed RMLOs to provide support to aria.mortgage users. Each aria.mortgage user, when using that app, authorizes select RMLOs to have access to their information. Both apps are part of one platform, allowing seamless purpose-based integration. And that is generating accurate mortgage loan calculation for a given scenario, for users’ specific needs.

From aria.associates app, an RMLO is available to answer any questions on the fly. This app does not offer any loans nor accept loan applications.

This app will also allow RMLOs to generate a pre-qualification or pre-approval letter.

Only licensed RMLOs are authorized and can use the app, as the information shared from this app needs a license and authority within their jurisdiction (licensed in individual states within USA). Unlicensed persons cannot provide interest rates and hence the access limitations.
